During Construction, You May Conduct Equipment Tests For The Purpose Of Adjustments And Measurements Which MAy Be Necessary To Assure Compliance With The Terms Of This Authorization And The Rules. Upon Completion Of Construction In Accordance With The Terms Of This Construction Authority, You May Conduct Service Or Program Tests Without Further Authority Of The Commission. Operation Otherwise, However, Can Not Commence Until The Parent Station Receives Program Test Authority. Further, The Construction Authority Granted Herin Does Not Upgrade To License Authority Until (1) The Facilities Havebeen Constructed InConformance With The Terms Of Section 73.3598, (2) Grant Of The Primary Broadcast Station License, And (3) Notification To The Private Radio Bureaus Licensing Division Of The Grant Of The Primary Broadcast Stations License Incl Uding Its Call Sign. | |
